Lifeguard Team Leader

Wavecrest Aquatics Inc. – Winnipeg, MB

Employment Type: Part time

Salary: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

You will supervise a team of lifeguards while employed by Wavecrest Aquatics Inc. and shall be responsible for:

- Leading the team in the performance of their duties.
- Providing coaching and mentorship for lifeguards under your supervision.
- Ensuring the safety of patrons under your care through appropriate safety supervision.
- Providing emergency response/rescue of patrons when required.
- Providing first aid to sick and injured patrons, including defibrillation, when required.
- Completing applicable documentation.
