Become an impactful Data Analytics and Insights Specialist focused on Learning and Development. Utilize data processing and visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau to drive actionable business insights.
This role reports to the Senior Manager and is key to enhancing data management and analytics in Learning & Development. You will handle workflows for insights and evaluations, ensuring data integrity while extracting and analyzing complex datasets. The Analyst will collaborate with various teams to align insights with business objectives and continuously seek improvements in analytics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage data workflows for L&D; insights and evaluations
• Extract and clean large datasets for analysis




• Utilize analytics techniques to identify trends
• Develop interactive reports using Power BI and Tableau
• Collaborate with Learning Enablement and other teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or related field
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Knowledge of VBA, SQL, or Power Query M
• Hands-on experience with Tableau for visualization
• Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
Drive business decisions through data-driven insights and effective reporting in a collaborative environment.
