Description

Role Responsibilities

- Coordinate fixed‑price service projects, including scope review, scheduling, and cross‑departmental execution.
- Oversee resource planning, including materials, subcontractors, manpower, and equipment to align with budgets and timelines.
- Monitor job financials, approve expenditures, and support cost estimating to achieve financial targets.
- Maintain communication with customers, service teams, and field workers; elevate extra work to account managers.
- Manage warranty‑related work, quality standards, and the return of excess materials.
- Conduct initial on‑site coordination with workers and subcontractors, ensuring smooth project start‑up.

Required Skilled Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

- 3‑5 years of relevant project coordination or project management experience.
- Postsecondary education in project management, engineering technology, construction management, business, or related discipline.
- Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanic certification considered an asset.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools/software.
- Strong analytical and financial skills related to budgeting and cost control.
- Understanding of service operations, subcontractor coordination, and industry‑specific compliance requirements.
- Proven problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
