Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care within professional practice standards
• Assess and monitor care plans continuously

• Document clinical activities timely and accurately

Requirements:
• Diploma in Practical Nursing from an accredited institution
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• 1–3 years of clinical experience including IV medication
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems is preferred
