Drive efficient material procurement as a Procurement Coordinator. Expertly expedite purchases and manage documentation while coordinating with suppliers and logistics to meet production needs.
This role reports to the Procurement Manager and focuses on ensuring timely orders and compliance within the established procurement process. You will monitor in-flow materials, collaborate with various stakeholders, and manage documentation for cross-border transactions. Robust communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor in-flow of materials for production
• Communicate with suppliers for order details
• Manage documentation flow across borders




• Prepare and distribute necessary documentation
• Collaborate closely with Buyers and Procurement Manager
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in supply chain or logistics management
• Post-Secondary School Program completion
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong research abilities
Utilize your logistics expertise to ensure efficient procurement and document control across diverse stakeholders and processes.
