You will oversee bi-weekly payroll for both hourly and salaried staff, partner with HR for new hires and terminations, and maintain compliance with Canadian payroll legislation. Your ability to generate accurate payroll reports will be essential in this full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
• Partner with HR for new hires and terminations
• Validate time entries and payroll documentation
• Calculate and remit payroll-related deductions
• Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records
Requirements:
• Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation preferred
• 2–3 years hands-on payroll experience required
• Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation
• Experience with payroll systems, preferably Payworks
• Excellent data entry accuracy and detail orientation
