We are looking for a motivated individual to step into a team leadership position, guiding and supporting our team of National Program Managers across the country. This role is key in driving performance and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide support and direction to the National Program Managers team
- Support the implementation of company initiatives and operational goals
- Act as a liaison between the National PMs and Corporate senior leadership
- Ensure consistent communication, alignment, and best practices across regions




- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in project management or program leadership
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and regions
- Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
- PMP certification or equivalent experience considered an asset
