Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Take and process customer orders via phone, email, and other communication channels accurately and professionally.* Coordinate with carriers to schedule and dispatch deliveries on-time, cost-efficiently, and accurately.* Track, investigate, and resolve delivery-related issues, including customer complaints, late loads, and product discrepancies.* Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, carriers, and internal teams, including outside sales.* Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.**What We’re Looking For*** Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing urgencies.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.* Experience in administrative support, call center, inside sales, logistics, or shared inbox environments.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Teams,
