Deliver exceptional service as a proactive Client Service Associate. Support Financial Consultants and Portfolio Managers by addressing inquiries and ensuring timely document processing to enhance client satisfaction.
As a Client Service Associate, you will be pivotal in providing service and sales support for MD products. You'll prepare client documentation, manage follow-ups for inquiries and complaints, and ensure service standards are consistently met. Your role also includes booking client meetings, processing transaction requests, and resolving complex client concerns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide service and sales support for client inquiries
• Prepare and process client documentation accurately
• Maintain follow-up systems for inquiries and complaints




• Book meetings, prepare files, and send reminders
• Ensure adherence to compliance standards for processing
