Responsibilities

What can you expect?

As a Graduate Project Manager, you'll ensure the smooth delivery of projects from sale to launch and initial operation.



You'll gain experience in improving delivery processes and maximizing client satisfaction. We support your growth with mentorship and increasing responsibilities.

In time, you will be responsible for:

- Taking ownership of projects, understanding and caring about client needs.
- Initiating delivery projects, aligning plans with client expectations and business goals.
- Leading client onboarding calls, defining specifications, and guiding integration processes.
- Managing project schedules, tracking milestones, and adjusting timelines using project management tools.
- Maintaining transparent communication, managing stakeholder expectations, and negotiating scope changes.
- Reviewing client integrations for compliance and providing feedback.
- Running CMS training to ensure effective platform use.
- Identifying problems and proposing solutions proactively.
- Managing post-launch support and ensuring smooth handover to Customer Success.
- Collaborating across teams, combining tech and content efforts.
- Contributing to process improvements.
- Keeping project documentation current and accurate.

Recruitment Process

Initially, you'll complete an online video answering various questions. If successful, you'll receive a paid exercise to test your project management and problem-solving skills. The final step is an interview with Andy, our Head of Delivery.
