Drive program planning excellence as a Military Program Schedule Planner. Support schedule development, planning artifacts, and critical path analysis to ensure timely project execution across military systems.
In this role, you will have a critical impact on the success of various defense programs. With 3-5 years of planning experience, you'll utilize Microsoft Project to develop and maintain complex schedules and monitor Earned Value Management (EVM) processes. Your organizational skills will ensure that all planning artifacts are meticulously prepared and that proposals are well-supported.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain program schedules for military projects
• Prepare planning artifacts like WBS and IMP




• Assist with proposal preparation and meeting planning
• Conduct schedule analysis and month-end status updates
• Ensure compliance with EVM processes and changes
Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience with Microsoft Project
• Familiarity with DCMA scheduling metrics required
• Knowledge of Deltek or Primavera (P6) preferred
• Solid analytical and attention to detail skills
• Ability to obtain Security Clearance needed
