Lead and manage tunneling projects effectively as a Tunneling Superintendent. Oversee construction plans, schedules, and quality control to ensure projects are on time and within budget.
This full-time role requires 5+ years of construction experience, along with 2-3 years specifically in tunnel boring machine operations. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing tunneling activities while ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency. Your leadership will guide subordinate foremen to successfully meet project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly manage construction schedules and monitor progress
• Supervise and mentor foremen and teams in office
• Implement quality control measures and track daily production




• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices
• Represent the company in contract negotiations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or extensive construction experience
• 5+ years of construction industry experience
• 2-3 years with Tunnel Boring Machine operations
• Background in tunneling with concrete segment lining
• Completion of MOL’s supervisory safety training
