This part time contract role involves working under the Chief Administrative Officer to assist in diverse construction projects, including significant initiatives like the Village Office and the Hub project. You will be responsible for coordinating tasks on-site and ensuring projects adhere to approved scopes, schedules, and budgets. The position demands regular presence on construction sites as workload requires.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review scopes of work, drawings, and specifications
• Maintain project logs, schedules, and documentation
• Prepare and track RFIs and project communications
• Support site coordination and trade oversight
• Assist with permitting and close-out processes
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Construction Management or related field
• 3 years of experience with a general contractor
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Valid driver’s license and transportation
