Keller Williams Advantage, Energy and Experience are a group of agile, agent-centric real estate brokerages across Ontario with a strong focus on agent branding, digital storytelling, and social media content.
The Digital Media Content Creator will support the production of video content for leadership and sometimes agents in multiple locations including editing remote as time allows.
Responsibilities
- Filming video content in-office and on-location across multiple brokerage locations and organic content at owners home offices as required.
- Editing videos for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, YouTube).
- Assisting with content planning and new creative story telling.
- Capturing behind-the-scenes content during office events and workshops as well as daily life of Operating Principal and Leadership team members as required.
- Organizing media assets and maintaining an efficient editing workflow.
- Collaborating with leadership to plan weekly content production goals.
- Transporting and accompanying the Operating Principal to multiple brokerage locations to capture content on-site.
- Setting up and managing filming equipment efficiently across different locations to ensure consistent content quality.
Job Qualifications
- Experience with video editing (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut).
- AI native and eager to learn more is a plus.
- Filming knowledge (framing, lighting, audio).
- Understanding of social media storytelling and trends.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with on-camera talent.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Valid G driver’s licence, clean driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle (required for transporting the Operating Principal’s home.Operating Principals Vehicle will be used to transport to brokerage locations and events as required).
- Must be located in the Vaughn, Markham, Newmarket, East Gwillimbury, or Aurora area.
Equipment Provided
- MacBook with professional editing software.
- Iphone or camera and lighting, and audio equipment for in-office filming.
Optional
- Use of personal equipment is welcome but not required.
