Elevate credit card engagement and retention as a Senior Manager. Lead initiatives to enhance client experiences and drive measurable impact through innovation and collaboration.
In this pivotal role, you'll shape strategies that focus on improving engagement metrics within the credit card sector. Your responsibilities will include leading a dynamic team to design and optimize client journeys, as well as overseeing the performance of retention campaigns. With 10+ years of relevant experience, you’ll work closely with multiple departments such as Marketing, Technology, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead engagement and retention strategies for credit card products
• Collaborate on targeted digital campaigns and client journeys
• Manage end-to-end performance of retention campaigns




• Drive growth in primary card relationships and cross-product engagement
• Establish routines for tracking performance and strategic alignment
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
• 10+ years in Payments or Card Product Management
• Strong understanding of digital and marketing methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven project management and relationship management skills
