BBA's Vancouver Project Execution team is currently seeking a Cost Controller and Scheduler. You will collaborate with our teams in Vancouver and across the country to help deliver high quality solutions to our clients. Your main focus will be to prepare and monitor schedules to ensure successful delivery within timeframes.
Type of position: Regular

- Develop and update schedules for all project phases: engineering, procurement, logistics, construction and commissioning
- Plan, organize and monitor projects using tools like Primavera P6 and Prism G2
- Analyze the critical path, risks and opportunities, and prepare recommendations for the project or study manager
- Generate progress reports and produce performance indicators
- Update schedules, both weekly and monthly
- Prepare reports and maintain ties with project management to plan activities and project scheduling
- Maintain all planning and progress reports
- Propose solutions to the project manager to correct identified gaps and adhere to schedules
- Exercise independent judgement in selecting, filing, compiling and analyzing data from various sources
- Carry out all other related tasks that could help deliver projects

Overview Of Certifications And Job Requirements
- College diploma or university degree
- At least 10-15 years of relevant experience, ideally in the industrial or mining sectors
- Knowledge of design and construction processes
- Very valuable knowledge of the MS Office Suite and Primavera P6
- Available to travel to client sites
- Asset: experience with EPCM projects
