This role serves as the primary owner of global LOA operations and execution, ensuring compliant, consistent, and employee‑centric leave experiences across regions. In addition, this role supports U.S. and global advantages administration, with a strong focus on compliance, audits, and operational excellence. This role partners closely with senior benefits leadership to align on strategy, while owning day‑to‑day execution and program delivery.
