Key responsibilities include overseeing full customer journey management, from onboarding to win-back, while ensuring operations align with business goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end customer lifecycle strategies
• Drive marketing campaigns for customer engagement




• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor key performance indicators for success
Requirements:
• 10+ years in financial services, preferably credit cards
• Proven leadership in managing high-performing teams
• Strong expertise in customer lifecycle management
• Experience with data-driven marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Canadian financial regulations
