Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer to contribute to the evolution and optimization of insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter, demonstrate a high level of autonomy, and have a solid understanding of insurance claims processes. This role involves working in a dynamic Agile environment and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain solutions within Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- Perform Gosu development, including enhancements, customizations, and defect resolution.
- Configure and implement ClaimCenter features to meet business requirements.
- Integrate ClaimCenter with external and internal systems using appropriate integration patterns.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support testing, deployment, and production activities to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members when required.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Proven experience working with Guidewire ClaimCenter (preferably in a senior developer role).
- In-depth understanding of insurance claims processes.
- Experience with system integrations, including web services (REST/SOAP) and messaging frameworks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Fluency in a French‑speaking work workplace (spoken and/or written proficiency required).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Guidewire suite is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with cloud‑based deployments and modern DevOps practices.
- Prior experience in large‑scale insurance or financial services projects.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
