and funding departments and dealership personnel.Develop and implement successful business plans to align with corporate goalsDeliver exceptional customer service to our dealer partnersExperience and Education:A minimum of 3-5 years experience in auto finance required, preferably in sales, and in the non–prime market1 to 2 years of credit underwriting experience preferred or ability to read a credit bureauExtensive knowledge of the greater Vancouver market and dealer baseDemonstrated ability to develop and maintain solid business relationships with all levels of key dealer personnel, with a primary focus on key decision makersHigh level of accountability and ability to effectively prioritize tasksExcellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skillsWell-developed presentation, relationship building and sales skillsSolid understanding of F&I department functionsAbility to work independently and across functional teamsExceptional customer service skillsDealership operations and product knowledgeBachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degreeIA Auto Finance offers competitive salaries, plus commissions as well as a comprehensive group benefits program and company matching RRSP program.Job Type: Full-timeAdditional Benefits:Company eventsGroup Benefit ProgramEmployee assistance programFlexible schedulePaid time offRRSP matchTuition reimbursementWellness programExperience:Sales: 3 years (preferred)Work Location: On the road
