Manage diverse HR responsibilities as a Human Resources Manager. Take charge of recruitment, performance management, and payroll processes in a energetic, hybrid setting.
You will leverage your 5+ years of HR experience to foster a proactive environment. Handle end-to-end recruitment and drive onboarding initiatives, ensuring clarity and engagement from day one. Build structured performance management practices and maintain data integrity across HRIS platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise HR operations and compliance activities
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding programs
• Develop performance management systems and timelines
• Ensure data integrity within HRIS and workloads
• Manage payroll submissions and benefits oversight
Requirements:
• 5+ years of hands-on HR Generalist experience
• 3+ years in HR leadership roles necessary
• Familiarity with Ontario employment standards
• Experience with HRIS like HiBob an asset
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills required
Establish efficient processes to enhance HR functions and support organizational growth through strategic leadership.
