In this full-time role, you will report to the CFO and direct comprehensive accounting activities including payroll, general ledger integrity, and timely financial reporting. Be instrumental in maintaining accurate tax compliance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will nurture talent within the accounting team while implementing effective financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle accounting operations and reporting processes
• Ensure accuracy in tax filings and regulatory compliance
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and asset accounts




• Mentor team members on financial policies and practices
• Review and process payroll and all financial transactions
Requirements:
• CPA designation with 7+ years of accounting experience
• Relevant post-secondary education required
• Preferred experience with NetSuite ERP
• Strong leadership in focus and decision-making under pressure
• Skilled relationship-building skills with stakeholders
