Reporting to the Supervisor of Policy and Planning, you'll lead the development of policies for early years and child care services. This role requires an analytical and detail-oriented professional to ensure alignment with strategic priorities. As a Policy Analyst, you'll engage partners, utilize data for informed decisions, and work within a hybrid model for adaptable engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead coordination of policy implementation in child care
• Develop updated agreements and guidelines for programs




• Produce high-quality briefing notes and presentations
• Analyze data for effective oversight and planning
• Communicate with community partners for collaboration
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in relevant fields
• Minimum five years of policy development experience
• Knowledge of early learning and child care legislation
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
