Join a leading exploration team as a GIS Database Manager, specializing in data management and spatial analysis for uranium projects. You'll oversee GIS development, ensure data integrity, and mentor team members on GIS workflows.
This full time role is based in Saskatoon, supporting greenfield and brownfield exploration in the Athabasca Basin. With a focus on managing and optimizing spatial databases, you'll design workflows, maintain data quality, and support interdisciplinary projects. Your knowledge will directly impact project evaluations and enhance the team's capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee lifecycle of spatial geological data management
• Ensure quality control and data integrity measures
• Design and optimize spatial database structures




• Provide support for spatial analysis tasks
• Create maps and geospatial products as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in GIS or related field
• 5+ years relevant experience in database management
• Proficiency in GIS software (ESRI, ArcGIS, QGIS)
• Experience with database management software
• Knowledge of programming languages for GIS automation
Drive excellence in geological data management and spatial analysis, working collaboratively to advance mining exploration projects.
