Job DescriptionAs theMobile Asset Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of all mobile assets across the organization, including procurement, deployment, tracking,



utilization, and end‑of‑life management. This role ensures assets are available, safe, compliant, and optimized for operational efficiency. You will work closely with Fleet, Operations, Finance, and Safety teams to build asset strategies, maintain accurate inventories, and support cost‑effective decision‑making. What you’re responsible forOversee the full lifecycle of mobile assets (e.G., vehicles, equipment, handheld devices, tools) from acquisition to retirement. Coordinate with Procurement on sourcing, vendor negotiations, and contract terms for mobile equipment. Maintain accurate asset records within the organization’s asset management system. Track asset performance, usage, location, warranty status, and depreciation. Analyze asset utilization and develop strategies to improve availability, efficiency, and cost savings.
