Enhance guest experiences as a Regional Sales Support Specialist. This hybrid role focuses on managing orders, providing timely information, and supporting the sales team at our designated location.
In this role, you will support the sales team by delivering exceptional service and safeguarding the brand's assets. With a focus on maintaining open order objectives, you will be instrumental in training new team members and handling guest inquiries. Your organizational skills will contribute to efficient store operations within a collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide order updates to guests promptly
• Handle guest concerns and escalate as needed
• Manage open orders per brand policies
• Oversee store administration email communications
• Review guest account transactions for accuracy
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years in customer service roles
• Proficient in MS Office and Storis software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment
