Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually

Reports to: Vice President, Strategic Initiatives

- Job type – Permanent, full time
- Location – Remote with regular in person customer meetings
- Travel requirements – monthly to bi-monthly travel within Canada and US for periods of 2-4 days at a time
- Working hours – Standard business hours PST however may vary based on customer needs
- Compensation - Base salary: $75,000 - $90,000 (not inclusive of bonus or commissions, OTE $150,000+)

What’s the job:

The Account Executive, Mid Ticket drives profitable growth by originating, structuring, and closing equipment finance transactions with new and existing mid market customers across North America. This role engages financially sophisticated decision‑makers including business owners, CFO’s, and operational leaders to deliver strategic financing solutions that support capital investment and growth.

The ideal candidate is an experienced, senior outside sales professional with strong financial acumen, capable of navigating complex credit structures, analyzing financial statements, and negotiating competitive financing packages.

What you’ll be doing:

- Develop and manage a pipeline of mid-ticket equipment finance opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting.
- Build relationships with business owners and senior financial decision makers to understand capital needs and structure tailored financing solutions.
- Analyze financial statements, cash flow, leverage, and industry factors to assess creditworthiness and structure transactions appropriately.
- Prepare comprehensive credit presentations for funding partners, including transaction rationale, risk assessment, and mitigating factors.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with sophisticated customers while protecting margin and achieving volume and over‑rate targets.
- Collaborate with multiple lending partners to secure optimal approvals and maintain robust knowledge of lender programs and credit appetite.
- Partner with vendor sales representatives to align financing solutions with equipment sales cycles.




- Manage transactions through the full lifecycle from application to funding ensuring timely processing and resolution of documentation or credit conditions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and portfolio management within CRM systems.
- Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Perform other job‑related duties as required to meet organizational needs.

What you bring:

- 5+ years of senior, outside sales experience in equipment finance, commercial lending, or mid‑market B2B financial sales.
- Strong understanding of commercial credit with intermediate financial statement analysis skills, able to structure and write up complex transactions in the $5mm+ range.
- Experience working with sophisticated or multi‑entity customers.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close complex transactions.
- Results driven and action oriented with strong communication and relationship building skills.
- A strong sense of integrity, professionalism and a results‑oriented attitude to continually improve processes and systems, enhance efficiency, and contribute to overall organizational success.
