Drive enterprise sales strategy as a Senior Sales Director focused on strategic mid-market client acquisition. Elevate revenue through consultative selling and by managing a high-performing sales team.
In this critical role, you'll lead a high-performing sales team while managing KPIs and pipeline execution. You'll build and close new opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients, driving engagement and growth. Your focus will remain on exceeding revenue targets and strengthening crucial partnerships throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a high-performing sales team
• Build and close pipelines for new enterprise clients
• Own the entire sales cycle from discovery to closing




• Identify new revenue opportunities through consultative selling
• Regularly engage with clients to drive opportunities
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in a comparable sales leadership role
• Experience in global payments or FinTech is advantageous
• Proven record of exceeding sales goals
• Robust commercial insight and financial acumen
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
