rather than being the center of attentionYou instinctively separate business leadership from personal indulgence, maintaining professionalism and disciplineYou thrive in environments where standards are high and accountability is clearYou want to build something meaningful, not just run shiftsIN THE ROLE, YOU WILL BE:Building and developing a strong leadership bench including Shift Leads, Captains, and Entertainment ManagersCreating a culture of accountability by developing A Players and increasing overall talent densityLeading structured daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational rhythmsConducting consistent 1:1s and performance reviews with clear growth roadmaps for team membersRecognizing and elevating top performers while coaching emerging leadersOwning the complete guest journey, from first impression to long-term loyaltyEnsuring every guest experience reflects the standards and energy of the Gibbons brandDelivering revenue and profitability targets while maintaining disciplined labour and cost controlsOwning venue P&L performance and continuously improving margins and operational efficiencyOptimizing scheduling, pricing, and venue offerings alongside centralized financial partnersEnsuring strong inventory discipline and cost awareness across the teamMaking thoughtful, data-informed decisions that strengthen the long-term health of the businessDeveloping and executing strong 7-day and 52-week programming strategiesBuilding meaningful relationships with partners, community stakeholders,
