Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct and close mortgage files effectively
• Verify accuracy of lender and CMHC/GE approvals
• Prepare instructional packages and relevant documents




• Contact solicitors to confirm actions and funding needs
• Ensure all documentation complies with company policies
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in financial services preferred
• Familiarity with the mortgage industry is an asset
