This role is essential in supporting HR operations for a diverse group of over 250 personnel within research settings. You will be involved in coordinating HR activities that ensure compliance with necessary regulations. Additionally, the Coordinator provides comprehensive support in recruitment, job description creation, and employee inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment and HR operational processes
• Develop job descriptions and assess salary ranges
• Advise on HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate immigration processes for research staff
• Support administrative functions for faculty and grants
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years HR experience preferred
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion principles
• Familiar with HR systems and administration
• Strong communication and leadership skills
