In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing processes essential to the successful delivery of construction projects. Collaborating with various teams, you’ll identify material needs, negotiate agreements, and maintain robust vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate purchasing services for all underway projects
• Engage with teams to clarify required materials and services
• Analyze quotations and manage purchasing agreements
• Identify and develop current vendor relationships
• Maintain a database of vendor information and performance
Requirements:
• University Degree or College Diploma, ideally in engineering
• 3-5+ years’ experience in purchasing within construction
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills required
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
