Minimum 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.

Robust hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.

Experience with Salesforce data model, SOQL/SOSL, and platform limitations.

Experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

Experience working with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git, Copado, Jenkins).

Strong understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, sharing rules).

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Travel:

Travel may be required up to 10–20% depending on project or client needs.

Degree:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Nice to Have; (But not a must)

Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or Architect certifications).

Experience with Experience Cloud or Salesforce Communities.

Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi).

Experience with JavaScript frameworks and modern front-end development practices.

Experience in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
