This leadership role oversees Market Risk teams throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. You will guide market risk officers, ensure risk-taking aligns with appetite, and facilitate effective risk-reward decisions. Engage in direct communication regarding market developments, manage the valuation of trading portfolios, and recommend limits while maintaining compliance across diverse jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead trading, treasury, and counterparty credit risk oversight
• Facilitate independent decision-making for current business initiatives




• Maintain communication about changing risk profiles
• Accurately value trading portfolios and create policies
• Mentor and coach a diverse team in market risk management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s or designation preferred
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Strong knowledge of Structural Interest Rate Risk
• Experience in managing capital markets risk across regions
• Expert communication and negotiation skills
