This is a hands-on position where the Program Manager will lead end-to-end technology delivery, ensuring objectives are achieved within the approved scope, timeline, and budget, while aligning with the organization’s strategic goals. Key responsibilities include:

- Manage program(s) in accordance with RBC’s project management discipline, adhering to RBC’s Enterprise Initiative Management Framework (EIMF).
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams that span T&O; Domains across Personal and Commercial Banking, to ensure successful delivery of regulatory changes within enforceable deadlines.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with RBC business and T&O; partners to ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery.
- Drive robust program governance and execution by providing executive-level status updates, proactively managing program risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation and resolution strategies.




- Resolve complex challenges by leveraging established governance frameworks and escalating issues as necessary.
- Develop and track program and project performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Manages program financials, facilitating schedule and cost forecasting. Mentor project managers in determining risk based provisions and manages program scope using appropriate data-driven metrics/assumptions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance program delivery processes by adopting and implementing best practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by integrating lessons learned into future initiatives.

The interview process will include a virtual first-round interview and an in-person second-round interview.
