Notre client est un important cabinet d’avocats et il souhaite ajouter un avocat à son équipe de droit des affaires.

Au quotidien, vous serez appelé en renfort afin d’offrir les meilleurs conseils à une clientèle variée composée notamment de banques et d’institutions financières non bancaires, de compagnies d’assurance et autres intervenants du secteur financier. Vos connaissances et vos talents de vulgarisateur seront donc mis à contribution afin de conseiller la clientèle sur diverses questions liées à leurs activités. Vous les accompagnerez lors de transactions sur le marché canadien et à l’international, d‘enquêtes, de demande en matière d’octroi de licence et de distribution, etc. Vous deviendrez une personne indispensable afin de garantir un service optimal aux divers clients du cabinet.
