Caddie is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing global AI technology company!

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Customer Success Representative to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their success with our product/service, and driving renewals and growth within your assigned accounts. You will be a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and advocating for their needs within our organization. As a startup, we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with ambiguity.

This role will require flexibility, a willingness to wear multiple hats, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. This role is critical to our continued success and offers a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on our customers and our business.

Salary Range

$47,000 - $52,000 USD per year

Responsibilities:

- Onboard and train customers.
- Build relationships with stakeholders.
- Manage and grow accounts.
- Manage renewals and find growth opportunities.
- Reduce churn.
- Advocate for customer needs.
- Track and report on performance.
- Collaborate with other teams, especially in a startup workplace.
- Maintain product and industry knowledge.
- Be flexible and adaptable to contribute where needed, especially in a startup.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in customer success,



account management, or related customer-facing roles.
- Past Agency experience preferred
- Proven track record of managing a book of business and achieving renewal and growth targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with CRM software (hubspot, intercom, Click Up etc.) and customer success platforms is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Strong work ethic, initiative, and a "can-do" attitude.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Language Requirements:

- Fluent in English
- Additional language skills are a plus, particularly in major markets for the company
