• Serve as the main point of contact for applications
• Assist advisors in understanding underwriting processes

• Ensure timely management of pending applications
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of relevant insurance experience
• Understanding of life insurance fundamentals
• Bilingual required for Quebec roles
• Familiarity with Ingenium, AURA, OnBase is an advantage
• Solid team and interpersonal skills
