We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Learning Technology & Analytics team. The analyst will design, develop, and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft Excel, ensuring data quality and driving insights for Learning Services and the broader OpenText community.

You Are Great At

- Gathering and organizing data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards with Power BI and Excel.
- Developing business intelligence strategies to support organizational goals.
- Utilizing advanced analytics techniques to solve business problems.
- Integrating data from multiple sources into a unified platform, ensuring consistency.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs and delivering timely insights.

What You Need To Succeed

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or data scientist.
- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL Server, DAX, Power Query M, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.




- Self‑starter with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast‑paced environment.
- Commitment to lifelong learning and staying current on industry trends.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Domo, Vertica, or QlikView.
- Knowledge of data governance and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R.
- Understanding of machine learning and statistical modeling techniques.

Compensation

Salary Range: $109,830 - $159,830 (depending on education, experience, skills, location, and internal equity). Additional compensation programs, vacation entitlement, and paid time off will be discussed during the hiring process.
