In this full time role, you will provide a range of public health services tailored to community needs. You will engage with individuals and families, presenting vital health information on various topics. Your competency in communication, organization, and interpersonal skills will be paramount in fostering community relationships and promoting health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver pre and post-natal health services
• Provide immunizations and health counseling
• Present health-related information in various settings
• Collaborate with community members and agencies
• Assess community health needs and develop strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
• Competencies in presentation and organizational skills
• Knowledge of population health methods
• Experience in cross-cultural communication
• Registered or eligible for CRNS as RN (NP)
Lead impactful public health initiatives while engaging effectively with community members through health promotion and education efforts.
