Drive the Resilience and Recovery Program as a hands-on manager. Oversee development, implementation, and maturation of compliance structures adhering to regulatory standards in a hybrid work environment.
This role focuses on ensuring organizational resilience and recovery planning meets evolving regulatory requirements. As a senior leader, you will develop, enhance, and integrate operational resilience strategies across the institution. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders and support financial crisis management practices throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of the Operational Resilience Program
• Coordinate senior management and stakeholder meetings
• Govern the Recovery Plan’s development and implementation




• Analyze and respond to regulatory planning requests
• Provide guidance for the creation of resiliency plans
Requirements:
• 10 years in risk management or related change initiatives
• Undergraduate degree required; CPA and BCP preferred
• Robust communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Solid knowledge of risk management concepts
Lead resilience efforts effectively while fostering collaboration, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
