Oversee train operations as a dedicated Supervisor, ensuring punctuality and safety in customer service delivery. Manage a skilled team while complying with industry regulations and fostering operational excellence.
In this critical role, you will supervise Train Operators and enforce strict adherence to operational standards. You’ll navigate coordination with stakeholders and engage in on-the-job training, ensuring that all operational goals align with safety regulations. Your input will also shape a robust Safety Management System.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage Train Operator activities
• Enforce adherence to safety regulations and operational requirements
• Evaluate train performance and operational compliance




• Train staff and support training development
• Investigate service disruptions and implement corrective actions
Requirements:
• High School diploma mandatory
• Locomotive Engineer qualification required
• Minimum 5 years of rail industry experience
• CPOR and Rules Qualification preferred
• Strong communication skills in English
