Key Responsibilities

- Oversee supplier onboarding, performance monitoring, and evaluation to ensure alignment with quality, compliance, speed, and cost expectations.
- Maintain the supplier matrix, performance dashboards, and contractual documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (buying, production, product development, design, quality) to support sourcing needs and issue resolution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of supplier management tools, processes, and communication flows.
- Ensure suppliers adhere to Simons’ standards, values, and strategic sourcing objectives.

Desired Profile

- A bachelor’s degree or university diploma in supply chain management, operations management, or another related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sourcing, production, or supplier management, preferably in the apparel sector.
- Solid knowledge of fabric quality,



inspection processes, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with private label management systems or similar tools is considered an asset.
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
