This role directly supports the General Legal Counsel by managing administrative tasks and legal file management. You’ll coordinate legal responses, oversee financial aspects, and maintain a high service standard for all stakeholders. Collaborate with various teams and ensure that deadlines are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day administrative support for legal services
• Organize the General Legal Counsel's calendar and deadlines
• Oversee the legal file management system
• Draft correspondence and conduct basic legal research
• Manage financial administration including budget monitoring
Requirements:
• Three-year Diploma or Degree in related field
• Minimum five years’ experience in a legal office
• Robust organizational and customer service skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency required
• Knowledge of legal principles is an asset
