Key Responsibilities:
• Support recruitment and selection for staff
• Keep employee human resource files updated
• Assist with payroll and perks questions
• Handle reference checks and verifications
• Participate in health and safety initiatives
Requirements:
• Must be in a recognized HR certification program
• 2 years HR experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to work independently
• Proficient in Windows software and office tasks
• Fluency in English; French needed for Quebec
