This in-office role serves as a vital link between the Credit & Risk team, Customer Experience, and Payments. You will coordinate the timely completion of funding requirements while managing documentation and resolving any discrepancies. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will enhance efficiency in loan progress from approval to funding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect missing payment account information from clients
• Perform funding checklist verification for signed loans
• Respond to borrower inquiries on loan status and accounts
• Confirm details with clinic partners regarding funding
• Maintain CRM data quality with timely updates
Requirements:
• 1-3+ years in operations or financial services
• Bilingual (French) is an asset
• Robust attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking
• Proficient in Salesforce or ability to learn quickly
