By collaborating with senior Talent Consultants, you'll help implement programs that address organizational priorities and promote employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support execution of core talent programs
• Conduct analysis of talent and performance data
• Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning
• Manage data integrity across HR systems
• Contribute to project teams for talent initiatives
Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in HR or related areas
• Solid communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in HR systems and data reporting
• Familiarity with HR laws and practices
• Bilingual in English and French is a plus
