Become a pivotal Deskside Support Analyst, offering high-quality on-site technical assistance. Your role revolves around troubleshooting, user support, and device management in a rapid-paced enterprise ecosystem.
Focus on providing comprehensive support to end-users, troubleshooting critical software and hardware issues, and managing campus technology needs. You'll coordinate with engineering and maintain asset records as you ensure compliance with security policies. Your ability to deliver white-glove service to senior stakeholders will be essential in achieving defined service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and software application issues
• Manage user permissions and secure access protocols
• Carry out endpoint management strategies efficiently




• Support hardware such as laptops and printers
• Document ticket activities and maintain lifecycle tracking
Requirements:
• Technical Diploma or related degree necessary
• A+ Certification required; ITIL certification beneficial
• At least 3 years in end-user support environments
• Experienced with ITSM tools and ticket hygiene
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
