Drive financial insights as a Senior Financial Analyst. Collaborate with Finance teams to optimize spend management and leverage advanced tools like SAP and Anaplan for performance tracking.
In this critical role, you'll partner closely with Finance Business Partners (FBPs) and HR to analyze budget allocations and support headcount tracking. You'll take charge of quarter-end activities and serve as the primary point of contact with Corporate Accounting. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential to excel in this position while ensuring compliance with financial policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with FBPs to analyze spend savings
• Utilize SAP and Anaplan for accurate forecasting
• Manage headcount tracking and fixed cost analyses
• Oversee quarter-end cross-charges and accruals
• Lead special projects for process improvements
Requirements:
• Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in SAP and Anaplan (or similar tools)
• Experience in financial reporting and compliance
