Key Responsibilities:
• Manage global requirement requests for XCS
• Prioritize and visualize the Requirement Area backlog
• Interface for backlog item addition and prioritization
• Align priorities within the global OPO network
• Contribute to XCS strategic planning
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant field
• 5+ years in product development with 2+ years in leadership
• Understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge in product lifecycle management
